Mike is the content expert for media and educational publishing at Really Strategies. He's an expert on the intersection of design and XML and creating workflow environments where both aspects of content are equally important. He has helped John Wiley & Sons, McGraw Hill, The Princeton Review, and others with editorial, design, production and other product development technologies, electronic product development strategies, workflow reengineering, print manufacturing, and overall content management initiatives. He possesses an outstanding background in the field of publishing technology. He is experienced in publishing system selection and savvy with price negotiations for corporate adoptions of those systems. His projects include

  • Implementing XML conversion process to create NIMAS file sets from educational publisher's core content.
  • Configuring and implementing the K4 publishing system in a production environment.
  • Training advanced users and staff on K4, File Manager, Overset Manager, Revision Manager, and Notes Manager.
  • Identifying and documenting requirements for K4 XML-Exporter.
