Jeff Wood

Vice President, Client Solutions

As vice president, client solutions, Jeff provides technical leadership for Really Strategies and supports both technical and strategic management initiatives. Jeff is an expert in defining business objectives and developing detailed functional, technical, and operational requirements of information systems—including content management systems—in support of those objectives. He is a speaker and author of articles on content management related processes and technologies. Jeff has also worked closely with many clients, including Wolters Kluwer Health, Elsevier, IEEE, F.A. Davis Company, Editorial Projects in Education, C-SPAN, and others. Some of his projects include

• Evaluating content architecture and content preparation for major STM publisher.
• Managing the design and development of a proprietary editorial and production management system.
• Managing the functional design, technical architecture, and development of a major media Web site.
• Leading requirements analysis efforts for updating publishers' legacy systems.
