RSuite Product Manager

As product manager of RSuite, Ed ensures that our customers’ needs are reflected in the RSuite CMS product.

Ed also works as a senior analyst on RSuite consulting projects. Ed has helped a number of clients implement successful content publishing systems and processes, as well as create content-rich online products. Ed’s clients have included Access Intelligence, the American Psychological Association (APA), CQ Press, C-SPAN, Education Week, MarketResearch.com, the Motley Fool, Science, Triumph Learning, the World Bank, Yahoo!, and others.

Client engagements included comprise the following types of activities:

  • Assessment of publishing processes and systems and development of strategic roadmaps
  • Electronic product development, print and/or web content management, workflow re-reengineering, and publishing technology projects
  • Requirements definition for content management systems and content-rich online products
  • Technology and tool evaluation for publishers
  • Content transition from print-laden processes to the online world, via Quark, Adobe, and other tools
  • Integration of multi-channel and media-agnostic publishing processes

Ed presents at industry conferences and seminars including those run by IDEAlliance, NFAIS, Publishing Business Expo, American Business Media, and others.
